First mile in 6:56, the gas station corner just after 1:00, 10.2 at 1:11:30 exactly 7 flat pace and then it being my last long run of the season I picked up the pace a little (but I didn't know it would be that much) the last 5 miles. 13.2 miles in 1:30:50. last 5 in 32:35 (6:31 pace all downhill) Last 2 in 13:15, three before that in 19:20. Felt good the whole time tiring I mean and harder than I intended but not really very hard. Abductor was fine, ice bath after a great end to a bunch of fantastic long runs this season. Thank God!!
