tired from the workout yesterday. my calves and quads were sore. 53:44 to the base of witter, 33:24 up witter, 1:15:27 back. I'm naming the switchbacks around 9000 feet the no glycogen switch backs. by that time you have been running for over an hour and about 15-20 minutes constantly uphill so your quads are tired and it is not an easy road and it is at 9000 feet. took a nap in the afternoon and then ate supper twice. very tired.
