Notes
It was nice and warm out and Jon at church suggested I go for a ride outside, because he had Saturday, so I did, and it was nice! I'm feeling fat and out of shape having not done anything aerobic in two weeks, and very little the two weeks before, but nice to get out. Even took a little video. It was damp out and foggy, and chilly, but very possible and even pleasant. I like exercising, walking, running, etc. in the fog, it's my favorite weather. Very calming.
