Half set of abs. Lifting: 2 min. LPS 45 pps. Should I be lifting now, probably not but ohhhhh, I lifted before the workout no wonder it was tougher! Well 3k saturday here we come. I'm excited for it its Nick, Dufty, Pete and I. thats 4/5 of our fastest 5kers!
