My ankle still hurts. It's hurt this whole time, like a 2/10. So not bad, but not enough for me to want to hammer the pace on it. Funny story, slept like 15 hours the night before this run, then three hours the night after this run. Jet lag... Nice to do something a little longer. I think the scraping (massaging) my ankle does more to heal it than the icing.
