well two minutes faster than last time despite two inches of fresh snow and 19 degrees. 51:26 to corner, 33:04 on the 3m miles up witter gulch mostly dirt road to 9200 feet, 17:40 to mile marker 27, 13:39 down to 29, 13:10 down to the gate and 21:59 back to the house. sub 22 is pretty good considering the snow and such and it was from mthe gate not the trail intersection i often turnaround at. good run. had iceicles on my face the last hour and a half it was cold. legs felt good though. not sore at all until the last mile. i think two workouts a week is kind of easy on me.
