a really good session. assumming I was doing 3k-5k pace that's 9:43 for 3200 which is good by my book. the real surprise was the rests. I was just hitting the watch and not really trying to hit the rests hard. I think this speaks to the better aerobic strength that I have post marathon than I had before. i don't have the specific work yet, but I am so close that I feel I could slip under 16 in a 5k soon.
