Superb workout! In fact, a little too superb, hopefully my lack of miles will make up for the too hard that I worked today. I was definatly speeding up the last lap. I got to the backstretch with 300 to go and into the wind and it just pumped me up looking down that strait away into the face of hard work. My plantar degerated into pain tonight although there was none during and stetching on the coold down. I think I'm getting better at stretching and this will go away too. "If your sister hangs out with your friends, eventually she'll hook up with one of them" - a spike commercial for Star Wars.
