Really good run! Just a little short 3x2 minutes on 2 minutes off at a decent pace and I ran quite a bit faster than expected. I wanted to do the first one close to or just under 50 mile race pace (I ran way too fast) the second a nice hard effort and the third just a little harder than the second, just wasn't expecting 5:30s pace. Good day. I'm seeming to come around just in time for a race!
