Run around Mt. Carmel with Jason Flogel. I've wanted to run with him for awhile and finally talked a little after the 10k last night. Good run, good conversation, tired legs. WPI has a knack for producing post collegiate runners and so does Loras produce post collegiate runners. Not all colleges do.
