first and last 2 of M and willow strait into short church followed up with a neighborhood lap. i think the blizzard was a way of getting me to take it easy for a few days. in the eight days before it started snowing I ran 125 mile three long and medium long runs (moderate workouts) and two hard track workouts. that's about the best 8 days of running, at least most consistent at a high level that i've had. so a few days easy are probably what i need. even if it's not what i want
