I suppose the times are pretty good. I mean the temperature was over 80 and it was a little humid and there was some wind and I only slept 5 hours that night, but I was hurting. I was only planning to do 8 but I felt good at the beginning (of course everyone does on a progression run) so I decided to try for a little more. good workout.
