Half set. Since I haven't explained lately a "set" of Abs for me is 1 minute plank, 1 minute right side plankish thing, 1 minute left side plankish thing, 1 minute six inches, 4 minutes crunches, 1 minute six inches, 1 minute plank. based on doing various ab stuff for the past four years I think that is 10 minutes of the most effective ab exercise you can do without anything as long as you have a flat spot. There is no rest between each different exercise and each one works a slightly different part of those breathing muscles such as upper and lower abs, sides and even back to a small extent.
