8x400 (2x80, 2x76, 2x73, 2x70, 1 min rest) - 80, 79, 76, 76, 74, 72, 70, 71. Right on. In fact on the lastone I was boxed in or I would have sped up a little and perhaps even hit 70. I know my legs can out run my lungs especially at these short distances. Too bad for the low mileage but good workout besides that.
