I slowed down a little than sped back up. I walked down between reps with a short jog before starting the sprints. good workout. i had about 1:10 between each rep of walking and jogging. I don't know why I procrastinate on these workouts so much. strides and short hills are so easy and have so many benefits it's always worth the time. the samme way I procrastinate on core work. minute for minute it's better than pounding out a few more miles.
