1 plank, 1 six inches, 8 crunches, 1 six inches, 1 plank. Also lifting 3 min. 55lbs per side leg press station, 3 minutes 60 lbs leg press, 1 min. 30lbs leg curl. I decided I should do hamstring stuff if i am going to do quad stuff.
