Notes

pretty standard. I pushed the pace on the first two intervals but the last two I wanted to see how everyone ran without me pushing, and we ran slower. I did get out kicked the last minute, wether that was me maintaining pace or I am out of shape and was too tired to go, it's hard to say after the fact. good workout, nice to double on workouts again.
