Notes

Did a minute of six inches and two of crunches. Need to start working the abs again. Oh, I did 10 push-ups as well. My goal for the end of the summer is 10 minutes abs 100 pushups 10 minutes of abs. I think that will give me the upperbody workout I need (along with rock climbing a few times a week).
