Notes

not sure on how far each of these were, and I didn't time my strides and some jogging in the last five minutes before the race, but added 3 min to the time. didn't intend to warmup do long, but once I start jogging I pretty much continue until the race. cooldown was based on wanting to get 90 for the week.
