out in 1:00:53 so back in 48:15. 25 to the fence 22 coming back, 18 up the road 13 coming back, 8:30 mile 29-28 6:20 coming back and mile 28-27 8:50 6:55 coming back. ran this one kind of hard going and coming. but I do think I am adjusting to the altitude slowly.
