in the back door, honey farms, then a bunch of laps in lane three around the partly clear track. i think I slowed down a little after the other guys dropped off but I don't know. I wanted to go slower than 7:00 pace but it was not to be. side still hurts. deep breaths hurt. bending twisting hurts. I spent a good portion of this run with a relaxed grimace on my face from the pain. yeah I can train through it. I mean either I can or I can't. I can.
