Forgot my gatorade drink so it got a little dehydrating at the end but I flew through. four miles in 30:00, 11 miles in 1:18:10 and 14 miles in 1:38:30. I felt so good after not running yesterday just a 10 mile hike over some mountains on a relatively rough trail. Really good run again. Nice way to start my first 80 mile week.
