With NIck and Euge. 1600 - 5:50, 800, 1100, 700, 800. The last four were no time. Tired but strong. I think this workout was something that will help the end of my races. Pushed hills a bit cause nick is better on them than I but I have been lifting so I wanted to see if I could handle it. day off tomorrow!!
