Wow beach running really takes it out of you. I did an out and back twice along the same route it was just utterly tiring when I finally finished. 2-3 inches of water are quite nice cause you barely have to work harder. The sand barefoot is awesome cause it allows your foot to bend and move as it was created to a as people lived for thousands of years with out sweet shoes. However, when you get into 6 inches or more of water you really slow down. It was good now I am sunburnt.
