Treadmill

Notes

progression run from 7.5 mph to 9 mph then the last 1.5 miles slowing down to a stop. I like the treadmill because I can control my speed completely, not too fast not to slow. Tried out for Bacclaurete today messed up three times in a three minute speech and the other trying out Mike Brown, Mike Richard, Lou. It's like a Morgan 3 reunion!
