It was nice outside, mostly clear roads, hardly any wind, and somewhat warm, almost above freezing. let's see 6.9 in 48, 7.9 in 54:5X, 11.1 in 1:16:53, 11.9 in 1:22:3X, 12.9 in 1:28:47, 14.2 in 1:36:55 and finish. so that's like the last 4.3 miles in 27:48 or something so like 6:30 pace. i felt energized today. not strong or fast exactly, but efficient. Like I was using 80 calories per miles instead of 90. and using 60% fat for 6:30 pace instead of 50% fat. It just felt good.
