Felt good despite the Gran Fondo hard work yesterday. This is exactly the kind of long run I need to pump out a dozen times before going into a marathon. A very aerobic strong effort, but very aerobic, not long slow distance, but not the really killer hard hard runs. Oh I need those too, but this long moderate effort I can recover from quickly and it really teaches my body to get used to spending over two hours running.
