Ugh, hit hurt like a two the whole time with some time when my stride was bad up to a 4 or so. Started from apt and added on a honey farms. Stopped twice once with only a mmile left cause I was happy to run more without pain so I lengthened my stride and it hurt. Rest day and miss mileage goal or no rest and run with some pain? Will the pain go away? Arrgghhh, I don't like pain that doesn't immediately go away. So why do I run?
