mt wachusette and back. 1:35 up stop and stretch then back 21 miles or so in just over an hour. I had my bike in the big front gear most of the way. stood up on the pedals a few times and felt no pain. in fact I haven't felt pain in awhile so my foot is definitely healing. but I am very scared to come back to early so I might take an extra week off. So maybe two more weeks of no running.
