Just started out wanting to get some miles under my belt at my new favorite training pace "comfortably hard." After reading extensive literature about Arthur Lydiard, Mark Wetmore, some Jack Daniels, and well thats most of the ones I took advice from I have decided that as long as I am not racing or doing workouts that shall be a good pace. Of course I give myself a few easy days a week but generally "comfortably hard" is a good pace. It makes my heart beat and forces my legs to move but not so bad that I can't talk and I can still walk after a run. I hope I get an internship so I can train this summer.
