14F and windy! what a fun run... my face and nose hurt a few times fromm the windchill even though i wore my r1 hoody and nb ruuning jacket and sun glasses. i went through the corner at 7.4-7.5 miles in 59 minutes so just under 8 pace through 11.9 in 1:30:16 or so then out and back along pp to ppp for the final 2.3 in a relatively speedy 16, sub 7 pace. i'mm quite happy i thought at 7.5 that this was going to be a slow and only 12 miler, but it went faster so i went farther.
