Notes
A longer run to clear my head. They say my grandma has 1-4 days to live. I knew this was coming but it seems to be happening so fast. I stopped once to cry but besides some whimpering there wasn't much there. I also made the decision to go see her Friday morning. I don't think of myself as someone who abandons family and friends. I didn't go see her for her, I went for me. Her fate is sealed and she knows but I have to stay here another 65 years or so. The things that become clear on a run are part of the reason I run. Life is simple when I run. It is simple when I am in the mountains as well. Sitting in a cubicle everything gets distorted by money and a false sense of security.
