Notes

just about everything I can think of doing using hand weights and ankle weights and the floor. pretty hard. it took probabaly 35 minutes to get 20 minutes of quality core in. also, this is really no longer "Ab exercise" it entails everything from my knees up. if I can't run I will surely do more stuff to get strong.
