Did Amanda's loop in 1:03:something then mill street in 52:something so for mill street that is just sub 7 and I was moving hard. I took a blueberry pomegranate roctane gu gel a mile into mill street and about a mile later started cranking. the light shoes help. except they are already wearing down on the soles. i did some walking drills after and on the toe walking heel raising thing my knees hurt so I'm going to hit the gym tomorrow and do some squats. then Dan swiped me into daka and half the team was there. i like those unplanned daka team suppers. we had some great ones a few years ago and there are always some good ones every year. life is good.
