Notes

As far as I can count that's how much I ran on the track with the UD team workout with Jerimiah then with Luke. Mile wup, progression 6:50,6:30,6:00'both times and 1mile cd. Windy on the backstretch so I ended up drafting for both of them. Jed was with us at the beginning but dropped after two miles because his stride sounded strange.
