10-15 mmph winds with gusts over 15 it just beat me and my slightly flapping clothing around. tiring. quite tiring. well it was sub 8 which is nice the last few miles i picked up the effort but who knows how that really affects the pace when you get 20 miles in. good run, i'm happy i did it, hopefully my next long run will be somewhat quicker.
