Not the greatest run. I didn't want to get out of bed first then I came through two miles in 16:00, three in 23:12, four in 30:22, five in 37:27, 10k in 46:25 and seven miles in 51:40. So if you take the time to break it down I was put putting along for the first few miles then I put effort into it. Recovery? how do you define recovery? I'm still running how is that recovery?
