Well, I PR'd and thats good. Besides that Euge beat me by two seconds good for him he trained way harder than me over the summer. Nick also did and ran a 28:13 good for him his mileage is paying off. Alex got a 26:09 so he is looking strong and I hope that he breaks 26 and I think he has a shot at nationals. Everyone did well.
