35:28 for a 10k, that's 2:21:52 at 40k, at 3:33/k pace that's 2:28:58 at 42k and just a hare under 2:30 for the marathon. in other words, really good workout. I was actually really tired for this workout. the weekend was kind of hard so that's like 3 workouts in four days, which is high for me. anyway, it went well. my legs were tired and I was breathing hard, and that pace is not "easy" for me but I wasn't really "hurting". only two workouts left. well, i mmight throw in some 200s or 300s at 5k-10k pace if I get too antsy. 8-10k tempo fartlek and 5-6k mp tempo. oh yeah then the 42.2k/26.2mi race.
