Notes

ran at planet fitness in lakewood. 2 mi wup, 1 mi lt pace, .25 recovery, 1 mi lt pace, .25 recovery, 4x.5 lt pace .25 recovery. all 4 miles of intervals at 5:30 pace and all recovery averaging 7:30 pace. a little harder than at sea level. was planning on a 4 mile tempo at lt pace of 5:20 but that was just too fast so I backed off to 10.9 mph or 5:30 and then had to break it up into intervals as I am not yet acclimated. I am sure this will get easier in the future but it makes me question coming to altitude because I'm sure I could do a 21 minute 4 mile back in the woo or at the petit.
