altitude 7200 ft. half the track was covered by snow so 6x800 turned into 200s til I was tired. it is what it is. i think that 7.2% slow means about 2 seconds per 200 however these were anaerobic or supposed to be so maybe 0 seconds slow but hard hard recovery. first workout on a track ever at altitude. ugh. I'm still not acclimated and nervous about a race saturday. also nervous about ever getting to workout with other good runners who will trash my mediocre times.
