Notes

first lap in 52:37, second in 55:40, then added 26:03 on. I'll call that 14.6 plus 3.5. started strong until around 11 miles I started to get tired not much food in the 15 hours leading up to this. Nice to get back doing something I remember. Yeah I was pretty tired when I finished. However, I really understand recovery and now four hours later I feel good. I'll probably double after supper.
