4x400 AT, 8x200 Race. 75, 71, 75, 74, 41, 41, 41, 40, 40, 41, 40, 39. Fast on the 200's and about right on the 400's. Euge and Alex. First time to run is these shoes they don't seem to have much arch support but we'll see.
