this was so hard! 2 in 14:30 4 in 29:28 working really hard into the wind and on the snow no one bothered to plow because it was only two inches. 7.7 in 54:04 9.7 in 1:06:24 so out I covered the two miles in 14:30 and back in 12:20 with not much harder effort. I'll say that out into the wind on the snow was 45 seconds per mile harder than going with the wind on the mostly paved road. finished with three laps around the neightborhood. this was just so hard. the last one around the neighborhood was pretty slow I hit the wall and was kaput. i mean this was more like a 6:30 or 6:20s effort kind of workout. really hard.
