Notes

first part of P90X which is really just Yoga. It made me sweat but besides a handful of poses I felt that it was a bit of a waste of time. I mean the strength that I gained I could probably gain by 5 minutes of lifting and the flexibility by 15-20 minutes of concentrated stretching. So yes it is helpful but for the time constraints I have I think there is more helpful stuff I could do.
