Legitimate failed workout. Supposed to be ten out at 6:10-14 pace, then 10 back alternating 5:40-43 and 6:10-14, but going out I only averaged 6:24, which was rising with the miles, first three were at 6:11 average. Then a downhill mile was a good 15s slower than planned. So I pulled the plug and jogged it in 9 miles. Rest up because I'm getting a little too fatigued.
