1 minute jogging 1 minute walking four times. YES!!! I'm running again!!! 2008 will not be remembered as the year of the injury but the year of the comeback the beginning of my last NCAA season. While I'm very fat and out of shape right now I look alright in the mirror so I'm guessing it won't be long before I'm back. 11 weeks and 1 day without running (except that one mile on the track...).
