8, 8, 16, 8, 8, 16, 4, 4. I did 8 - 2:38, 8 - 2:36, 16 - 5:17, 8 - 2:38, 8 - 2:37, 12 - 4:09. I was lagging alot at the end and my quads were a bit burnt so I ended it. Tough workout.
