50:50 going out 6.1 miles so 44 coming back for 6.1 miles. the trails slow me down as well as the thin air but not too bad of a run. up to just over 8400 ft from like 7500 feet fairly gradual. not totally acclimated yet but better than I have been other times I have come to altitude.
