1 minute on 5k pace 1 off for 10 minutes on and 9 off. 5 up the canyon five back. felt really strong on this. I mean I was just hammering on myself on the on times. I started too fast and got anaerobic already by the third repeat but I was recovering decently and going downhill was still able to really crank out some fast running. kind of an easy workout today I think I'll do slow tempo tomorrow or short hills.
